James Dainard’s grandparents have recently passed, and together with his mom, Claire, James must help decide the future of the cherished family home. The house is full of memories but also outdated, with a small kitchen and a layout that doesn’t showcase its stunning views. Working with his team-construction manager Ryan and designer/realtor Megan-James aims to renovate and restore the home for top dollar.
