The illness gives Natsumi some really wild dreams including going to a fancy restaurant but realizing they are out of food, and confronting her old nemesis, Strike-Man. Meanwhile, Miyuki and the Bokuto gang search for a Spiderman like guy who has been breaking into apartments.
