The team investigate when a young boy called Alfie is badly beaten and his mother’s house broken into. They learn that her estranged husband Carl owes money to a loan shark. Jo and Stevie soon find out that Carl is a drug dealer and after breaking into the pl;ace he is staying at they find his body. Nikki works out that Alfie is not saying everything that he knows.
