The costumes for Da Riddim Stix Steel Band have gone missing and Natty Kass has forgotten to make the outfits for the likkle orphans! A messy young mouse and laundry disaster pile on the pressure but Rastmouse still produces a wicked plan to make the Carnival parade the best ever.
