In this episode, the Judge rules on two cases. In the first proceeding, after a friendship of 20 years, two women begin dating and move-in together; their relationship ends in a fight over a car, appliances and a trip to Cancun. In the next case, a married couple sue for damages after their landlord cuts down a tree on the landlord’s property and allegedly damages their child’s trampoline.
