Jotaro tries to track down the mysterious foot print Stand’s user. He manages to outrun the Stand with a motorcycle, and thinks to call Koichi and ask him to find the user by using Echoes. Meanwhile, the mysterious Stand keeps chasing Jotaro. Jotaro manages to get his hands on a cellphone and manages to call Koichi, but then he realizes that the ocean i right in front of him…
