Bea gets a job promotion, however, her excitement is short-lived after she discovers her first responsibility is to let one of her co-workers go. And it doesn’t help that Milo and Oscar are her co workers. After putting each employee through a series of tests, she ultimately decides the best thing to do is find them all new jobs
