Three pastry chefs take over a deserted Hersheypark overnight, and host Sunny Anderson challenges them to create zany chocolate and candy concoctions inspired by a mad scientist’s lab. A middle school math teacher stays focused in the kitchen by using detailed to-do lists to keep ingredients in line. A former pastry teacher runs into frustrating follies with their main alien character, but a French chocolatier stays cool, calm and collected even when faced with troubleshooting broken isomalt.
