When things look to be slowing down for Mu-jin and his team, a fire in a factory takes the lives of factory workers who all show up before him looking for help. As Mu-jin uncovers the extent of the factory’s willful disregard for fire safety regulations, he realizes that the true source of the negligence lies with a more powerful entity, Myungeum Constructions. Determined to hold those truly accountable, Mu-jin seeks out the factory’s figurehead for more answers.
