Detective Arthur Hill is on the case to catch a suspected killer, but he’s relying on a witness who is fearful because they survived a gunshot from the suspect. Meanwhile, Detective Stewart is called to a busy intersection where an elderly woman suffers a horrible attack from a homeless man armed with a knife.
